When you use QUIK Hosting, you leave the hassle of installing Ace Operator and maintaining the computer hardware and software to us for a small monthly fee. You will also get a high-speed Internet connection for fast and effective service. QUIK Hosting provides you the following advantages:

1. The service is hosted from two Data Centers, one in the United States and one in Canada. Both Data Centers are staffed by qualified personnel 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
2. We have implemented a comprehensive disaster recovery plan where we can switch the service from one Data Center to another within minutes of detecting of system failures.
3. The service is managed by the same group of developers who has created the Ace Operator software. We take regular feedback from our customers and incorporate it into the service. Customer support is also provided by the same group of developers.
4.  Each of our hosted customers is given an unique URL containing the company name, and the look and feel of the screens is customized as per the customer’s request.
5. Almost every aspect of the service can be customized on a per-customer basis including queue size, canned messages, email options, language of the user interface, etc.
6. We provide weekly reports containing usage and other Analytics. This feature is only available with our QUIK Hosting Service, not with the open-source community edition.
7. Customers can access chat statistics and transcripts using the Customer Portal. This feature is only available with our QUIK Hosting Service, not with the open-source community edition.
8. Customers can manage their operator groups: manage operators, manage predefined messages and black lists. This feature is only available with our QUIK Hosting Service, not with the open-source community edition.
9. Customers are provided a set of REST web services for integrating the service with their IT infrastructure. This feature is only available with our QUIK Hosting Service, not with the open-source community edition.
10. We have customers in America, Europe and Asia and have experience with networks in a number of countries.
11. Email support is standard with our service but we also provide limited phone and SMS support for free.

When you start the service, as a part of the setup, we customize the service as per your request. Some of these customizations include:

1. Setting up the user interface in the language of your choice. The languages currently supported are listed below. If you do not see the language you want, please contact us. We will work with you to develop the screens in the language of your choice and incorporate it into the software at no charge.

2. Setting up the chat screen content, behavior and the look & feel of the user interface screens based on your requirements. This including adding your company logo to the chat screens, setting up a custom questionnaire for your customers, setting up queue sizes, etc.
3. Setting up predefined messages. Your company representatives can send  predefined messages to the end-users during a chat session at the click of a button. Typically, predefined messages contains answers and links to frequently asked questions but it can also be used to send audio and video content, custom forms, etc.
4. Setting up of email rules. Chat transcripts can be emailed to chat participants and/or to specific e-mail addresses.
5. Optionally, we also provide monthly usage reports that include information on your operator activities, visitor activities and queue information. These reports will help you with capacity planning and assessing the effectiveness of your service.
6. We provide telephone, SMS and e-mail support.
7. We have experience with hosting services with customers located around the world.

We handle payments and invoicing through PayPal . We also accept payment by direct bank transfer but there is an additional fee for transactions outside the United States.

We offer two types of hosting plans:

1. Shared hosting: If you opt for this service, we setup one or more operator groups for you in our hosted server. You share the server resources with our other customers. Your service is secured and isolated from that of other customers using the server. The fee is determined by the number of operators you need.
2. Dedicated hosting: If you opt for this service, we setup a dedicated virtual server for you and you don’t share the server with other customers. You will have Ace Operator administrative access and you can configure as many canned messages and operator groups and operators you want, subject to system limits. We maintain the server and provide software upgrades. There is a flat monthly fee for this service.

All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Although there is no service period commitment required from your side, we require that you pay for 6 months of service in advance. This is done to reduce billing and administration overhead. If you decide to cancel the service before 6 months, we will refund the remaining amount.

Shared Hosting
