Ace Operator Installation and Upgrade Service

We will install the software on a Linux server using a SSH shell access to server. Once the software is installed, your IT department can administer the system using the tools that are available as a part of the software. We will, optionally, upgrade the software every 3 to 6 months with the latest and greatest release of the software as well as install any emergency fixes. Ace Operator Training

We can train your system administrators and operators on how to manage and use Ace Operator. It will give your users an unique perspective of how to configure and use the system. All trainings are conducted using telephone conference and screen-sharing software such as Webex.  We provide the training system as well as soft copies of the training material.
